honestly, how much water does everyone
drink every day???
i feel like i dont have enough - i try so hard to drink a lot but sometimes it still makes me feel sick.

Not enough... maybe 5-6 glasses. Every time I get some water one of the kids takes it from me.

I drink at least a gallon a day, most days. Then I also drink other drinks throughout the day, I have always been a huge water drinker. Could explain why I go to the bathroom every 45 minutes now at night

I am bad at this. Some days I get enough and then other days I def don't. If I am out I hate to keep drinking b/c I am in the bathroom every 20 minutes.
Everytime I see a post how someone was in the hospital for dehydration I get nervous and say I am going to drink more.

not enough..which is why I probably ended up in Good Sam dehyrdrated 3 times. I just can't drink water. I do drink other stuff all day.

I am bad at this too. I try very hard to get 60ozs in me every day. Now that i go to the bathroom every 30 minutes it seems it's hard. I drink ice tea and soda too during the day.

I would proably estimate 32 ozs a day. If I drank more I would be peeing more then I already am (every 5 min). I dont feel dehydrated and I know I hould drink more but right now I cant.

I don't drink enough - most days I drink between 4-5 half liter bottles. But I can tell if I'm getting dehydrated (if my pee is not clear - sorry if tmi) and then I'll step it up.

I was always a big water drinker...averaging 3 - 4 poland springs pints (.5L) a day.
Now I try and average closer to 5 or 6 plus other liquid items mixed in.
One thing I learned is I try and keep my drinking to a minimum after 10pm otherwise I'm up too much at night and it interrupts my sleep.

A lot all day long. I would say if I had to measure- 192 ounces a day, thats 8 cups easy of 8 ounces= 64 ounces by 3 times. did I do that right

Probably 10-12 8 oz glasses a day - plus I watch the color of my pee, as long as it appears to be a "pale lemonade" I know I am hydrated!

I drink a lot. I have lemons at home so I put those in and it tastes like I'm at a restaurant, and it makes it taste much better- better than drinking regular boring water!
