Help! Anybody else have a child that did sleep through the night and stopped at 3 mos old

W T F ? DD has been sleeping through the night since she's about 6 weeks old, now all of a sudden she's started waking at 12 and 4:30 am. What gives? I apologze for how this sounds to those moms whose kids don't sleep through the night even. I probably sound like a brat, but DH and I are completely ill equipt to deal with it since we haven't had to do it for so long. Did anyone else have this experience. Do I feed her? She seems hungry. She wakes crying. She's also waking really wet in her diaper too. so for now we channge her and feed her, but is that going to reinforce her waking? I'm so sad that she's stopped sleeping. Now it's 6:00 and she's up again after just waking and nursing at 4:30

It didn't happen necessarily at 3 months -- but it has happened quite a few times -- usually around major milestones -- like when she started crawling and when she was teething. I think they just go through phases where their sleep cycles change ----

I always tried my best to stick to the routine as much as possible and some of the "phases" lasted a few weeks but since she was a good sleeper to begin with she always went back to her sleeping through the night thing.

It happens. My daughters slept thru the night for a long time. Now for the past month or so they like to be up at 2 am. It's killing me!!

Yes, but it only last a few days. It happened to coincide with her learning to roll and gaining a good deal of weight. We started giving her an extra ounce at every bottle, and it nipped that problem in the bud.

meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee - after three weeks and more and more wakings during the night I finally got the guts to let her CIO - it was a
g-dsend!!

Yes! This has just started happening this week. DS is 3 months old and he had been sleeping through the night since 7 weeks. Now he gets up, takes a bottle, and won't go back down! It's so bad because now I'm back at work and would really like some sleep.

Ali did this for a couple of days - I took it as her going through a growth spurt.
After the couple of days she is back to sleeping through the night
