2 BR Co-op for sale in Valley Stream
UPDATE: WE ARE HAVING AN OPEN HOUSE ON SUNDAY JULY 31 FROM 12-3....FM ME IF YOU'RE INTERESTED! 
We're putting our co-op on the market this week, but I figured I'd start here and see if anyone is interested. I'm going to post some pics in the next couple of days, but to start here's some info:

Ceramic tile kitchen (could fit a small table, but has counter tops that fit bar stools underneath)

Custom window treatments in BRs and LR.
Laundry room in basement (also one on corner)
Price is $209,999
Maintenance is $929 w/star. We also have 2 parking spots (one is double parking, so 3 cars total) for $70/month. You can either take these or give one/both of them up.
Maintenance includes taxes, gas, water, heat, garbage/snow removal, landscaping. It's about 68% tax deductible. I'll update that when I verify.

We put the co-op on the market. It's through Century 21aa in Seaford, although it should be on MLS this week and can be looked at through any realtor. Here are some pics....
