sleeping at night
Well last night Sara was up literally all night until 4AM. She ate early because I thought she was hungry it then sounded like she couldnt breathe at night - stuffy nose. She doesnt have a cold - any suggestions?

Re: sleeping at night
if she sounds congested, use a cool mist humidfier. You can also use saline drops to break up the mucus and **** out the boogies if she has them.

I agree- definitely try the cool mist humidifier. It worked wonders for Steven!

I am so tired today b/c the same thing happened to Bella last night. I finally went to bed around 4:30 and woke up at 6:30. I tried the saline drops and humidifier last night and they didn't seem to help much. Good luck!
