What is the ratio of hot sauce to butter when making buffalo wings? i wanna try to make some.
You can just put as much/little as you want. I use oil, though, not butter. You can marinate the chicken in hot sauce with a little EVOO (Or, I also like to use the hot oil that they have out, don't know the brand unfortunately), then put them on a baking sheet and bake until finished.

I dont measure at all I think I add about 2tbsp....if it tastes too buttery for me I just add more hot sauce
I dont bake them I deep fry them ...and i have to have them extra crispy I hate when they are rubbery
I then melt the butter and mix it with the hot sauce in a tupperware container then i throw the wings in there put the lid on and shake em up!
(this is how we made them at a pizza place I used to work at back home in Buffalo)

Whoa...I don't think I can deal w/ the super spicey ones. I should order for my dad though. The hotter the better.

I had once in error..I was preggo and Marissa was jumping all over the place! It was HORRIBLE!

I've never had it, but I don't think i'd like it. Like Lisa, people tell me it tastes like spicy chocolate.
