Getting to know you...

I saw this post on TTC and thought it was a good idea...I don't think we did it already, did we?

Anyway, here's me...

I am Erin (32) and my DH is Peter (33). He is an attorney and I am a high school English teacher. We were married 3/19/04 after dating for about 4 years and we've known each other since we were about 18.


I am 28 weeks and 1 day pregnant--due Labor Day!--and this is our first baby. The sex is a surprise, but everyone thinks boy! I will be delivering at LIJ. I'll be returning to work in December and we are fortunate that my mother and MIL will be babysitting.

Im Licia (27) and my DH is Rich (29). We met 5 ½ years ago. We were married June 6, 2004. We live in Middle Village, Queens.
We are expecting our first child, due Feb, 2nd. We plan on finding out what the sex is. We have all girls in the family, so let see if we can break tradition. LOL! I will be delivering at LIJ also.
I will probably return to work right away, however probably from home for the first few months...I am the Financial Manager for my Fathers companies (all 8 of them) so I don't really have to be in the office to manage the money. At least I hope not!

My name is Tracey, I just turned 34, and my dh is Brian, 37. We were married April 17, 2004, we live in Suffolk County. I am 21 weeks and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our 2 angels, a boy and a girl. I will be taking a year off from work so I can spend as much time with them as possible!
I should also mention we also have a wonderful 7 year old son, his name is Nicholas and he is the most amazing little boy.

My name is Tracy, I am 33 and my DH Tom is 34. We were married 11/1/03. We live in Centereach (Suffolk County). This is our first baby, a little girl (have not decided on a name yet) . I am 21 weeks and due 10/22. I am a travel agent and right now I plan to go back part time sometime in January.

I'm Beth (30) and my hubby is Gadi (34). I grew up in Great Neck (UCH!) and DH grew up in Israel. We met in Philadelphia when I was in law school, on Jdate (woohoo!). Married about one year later on 3/18/04 at City Hall, and had a beautiful reception on 10/31/04. Now we live in good ol' Philly. I'm an attorney, DH owns and manages a mutual fund that invests in Israeli companies.

I'm somewhere between 25-27 weeks, but my Dr.'s really don't know because I had a miscarriage immediately before this pregnancy. Our official due date is 9/23, and I definitely plan on going back to work full-time after about 10 weeks of maternity leave

I'm Shana (27) and DH is Rich (28). I grew up in Valley STream and Stony Brook, DH grew up in Oakdale. We were married on 3/6/04 after being together just over 2 years. 4 months later we packed and moved to the good 'ol South- Georgia. WE just bought our FIRST NEW HOUSE!!!

We are expecting our blessing on Jan 4 2006 and we will be finding out what it is because DH is too impatient to wait 40 weeks!!

I'm Tracy (34) hubby is John (37) I grew up in Queens & he grew up in Ireland. We now live in Floral Park. I'm a SAHM & John works for himself in construction. We were married on 5/23/03. We have a son Patrick who will be 4 next month! I am 20 1/2 weeks pregnant w/ twins. We are not finding out the sexes until they are born.

I'm Jennifer (33), and Dh is Paul (32). We live in East Setauket, and were married on Sept. 4, 2004.
I am 14 weeks and 5 days along - 12/9/05. I can't wait to find out what the sex is. I think it's a boy, but Dh thinks it's a girl - We'll soon find out!

I work in Manhattan (downtown) for a large invest firm. I plan on going back to work after 6 weeks. I will be working from home 3 days a week - which really helps!

Im a nursery school teacher, and he works for the us govt as a postal employee... We are moving into our brand new apt on 7/1, and getting married 7/22 in pt.jeff town hall.. with my fairy tale wedding to follow in 2006...

We were recently engaged, and shorty after booking our 2006 wedding...found out I was pg..(big shocker considering I was on the pill)

Everyone was so thrilled, and supportive and still is...thank God!!

At first I was so flustered, for you spend your whole life planning for things to be one way, and one thing can change everything... My little angel had taught me something I will take with me always..."There is no right way to do anything...you just have to make yourself happy" and he has made
us so happy already and he isnt even here yet...

my name is Antoinette 26 and dh is Bryan 26-- we met on a blind date over 7 yrs ago and we were married oct 20 2002. We currently own a co-op in coram which is actually going through fire restoration right now because we had a fire in April. We currently are living in a different unit within our complex which I am currently making into my home becuase we have a baby boy due in about 9 days We are looking into buying this apartment and seeling the other hopefully.

We are having a little boy due June 22 and his name will be Bryan after his daddy. I cannot wait and Im geting increasingly impatient...

My name is Sarah ( 24), my Dh is JT (26) we have been together for 6 years and just got married 9-4-04 and decided we wanted a family right away. I was told all of my life that because of a hormone problem I would not be able to have kids. 6 months before the wedding DH and I went to a few doctors and they said that my hormones were settling out and that if we were thinking of having kids to try ASAP. I also me with a RE doctor and they said that it could take a good year of TTC before it took. We go married in September and started TTC right after. I got PG in November and am having a little named Kaylee Quinn. I am being induced in august because of minor complications and they are afraid of her getting to big. I can not wait to see her and hold her in my arms. Eventhough it is 8 weeks away it feels like forever.

My name is Michelle (34) and my hubby is Matt (36) and we were married on Jan 3, 2004.

We don't know what we are having, we wanted it to be a surprise. 11 days and counting unless I go in for a c-section next week because the baby is measuring big.

My name is Beth (just turned 35) and my DH is Ken (32). We were married on Aug 29 2003 and live in Nassau County. He is a Verizon field tech and I'm currently substitute teaching. This is our first baby and it's a boy (but we don't have a name yet)!!! I am 28 weeks and he is due 9/3/05. We are so excited

My name is Alicia (24) and DH's name is John (25). I am a claims adjuster for a car insurance company and DH is a high school teacher.

Right now we live in a co-op in Patchogue but are moving next year to Florida. We both grew up here and love it, but like the same old story everyone has, its way too expensive.

We are newlyweds and got married on February 12.

We are expecting our first on January 17 and couldn't be more happy and excited!!!

My name is Jennifer (32) and DH's name is Frank (soon to be the BIG 30). I was born and raised in Brooklyn and DH in Queens. We met 4 years ago and were married on 12/7/03.

We moved from our tiny apartment in Brooklyn to a nice big house in Bethlehem, PA last year. We are currently doing some remodeling in the house and our next project will be the baby's room!!!

We are expecting our first born child on 11/11...6 days before my birthday! We will not find out the sex, although DH really wants to and a part me would love to know...but, I want this one to be a surprise!!!
