DH and the name for the baby
My DH is all of a sudden saying that the name I've been calling this baby is not going to be his name that he doesn't like it!  ***!!! All along I've been saying it, and all he does is come up with "joke" names. He has not said once that he "really" does not like it and asked if we can come up with a different name. All he does is joke around about it. I don't know if he's being serious or not. One minute he is serious then the next he acts like he's busting my chops!!! At this point in the game, I know what this baby's name is going to be and unless he comes up with something "better" that's what it's going to be! You can not go to a PG woman who only has 3 weeks left and say that you don't like the name after all these months... you snooze you lose buddy! He hasn't once come up with a name at all so, he's SOL in my book!

You're absolutely right. If he has no other suggestions then he has no right to complain about he name. My DH is the same way. He doesn't really like the name I love for our girl. Has he come up with something else, NO!

That's ok, DH and I love the name we picked, but my FIL hates it. He keeps telling us that he's going to call the baby Justin- even though his name will be Luca.

my dh tried pulling the same thing and I told him you have no other choice im carrying the baby and you havent put any thought into it so you get whatever name i chose lol. goodluck

What is it with them and baby names? My DH and I agreed on a girl's name but can't find a boy's name we both like. DH says we are having a girl so what do we need a boy name for. I told him if he is so sure, he should agree that if it is a boy, I will name it. He said no, he is too afraid.
