feeling overwhelmed... someone tell me it's gonna be ok.

I'm so incredibly overwhelmed this week. There is so much to do before this baby arrives that i don't even know where to start. I have insurance papers to finish, hospital registration forms to send out, baby shower thank you notes, pack hospital bag and find pediatrician. And to top off my week I found out that my grandmother was put in the hospital because of a massive tumor growing on her spine and to find out last night that she's got some kind of blood cancer. All of this at just about 36weeks. Shouldn't i be so excited about my Chat Icon ? I feel like I can't be right now. Chat Icon Thanks for the vent girls!

I'm sorry you're feeling so overwhelmed Melissa. That really stinks. But I promise everything will get done. And it's not the end of the world if some things don't get done. I picked my ped. totally last minute based on recommendations from people I know becuase there just wasn't enough time. I figured I could always switch later. Luckily, we love him.
Set yourself up on the couch with something good on tv and relax while you do your thank yous.
It'll all be ok.
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma, too. I will absolutely keep her in my thoughts and prayers.Chat Icon Chat Icon

Oh no, you poor thing. You have so much going on -- I would feel overwhelmed too (heck I feel overwhelmed with much lesser things on my mind!) Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

It WILL all work out and it WILL be OK though !! Just take one thing at a time, check it off your list, and you will definitely be all ready by the time your Chat Icon arrives

Hang in there sweetie

I know how you feel. Im so soverwhelmed too. We have a few more months and we have a gutted closet upstairs waiting for a bathroom to be built in it, and the plumbing has to be done and the babies nursery has to be done.
Im stressing because I feel like it wont get done.
My mom also started a heavier dose of Chemo on Tuesday and it worries me that she wont be feeling well for my shower which is in 3 weeksChat Icon

I am so sorry you are going through all of this. Everything manages to get done even when it seems like it won't.
