BF Moms: Can I eat peanut butter?
I've got nothing for lunch in the house and I'm trying to think of something I can eat, but I remember that being a food we were supposed to avoid during pregnancy.  TIA!

I was told to stay away from it. But I also had a childhood allergy to it, so that's why I thought I was supposed to stay away from pb.

I think that science hasn't come up with a clear answer on this one. If there are food allergies in your family, I'd avoid it just to be careful.

I've eaten it. I would say be more cautious if there is a family allergy to PB.
