Repost: Did anyone conceive on the 1st try?
Stupid question but did you feel different immediately after? I mean physically?

I didnt.... I couldnt even believe I was pregnant after I took "the test"....
It wasnt until I was like 6-8 weeks that the extreme fatigue kicked in, and even then I wouldnt of thought that was related to pregnancy if my DR hadnt told me..

We did! The first month we were going to start to try DH was sick so we didn't have a chance to try really. The second month he was good to go and it happened!

We did - and I knew because I had increased CM from O on - it never went away.

I just found out last weekend and I still feel like nothing is different physically, except I am tired all the time and nauseous in the morning.

i just took 2 pregancy tests and both were positive!!! it was our first time really trying. OMG!!
of course i am cautiously optimistic but i can't help but feel nervous. my first appt is in june for a sonogram.
i am a longtime post-er on LIW. LOL. i am incognito from friends and family!

I DID AND DIDNT FEEL ANY DIFFERENT IMMEDIATELY BUT KNEW A FEW WEEKS LATER BECAUSE MY CHEST WAS SO SORE. THAT WAS MY FIRST SIGN OF PREGNANCY

We did and even after I took the test I didn't believe...but then the sore boobs and fatigue kicked in soon after.
