Moving Day - tipping question(s)

The hour is almost upon us We move Friday. I have a few questions about who and how much to tip...

1) Movers: we are having 3 guys, paying ~$90/hour. Moving from 6th floor elevator building (kind of long walk thru the basement to get outside) to 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) garden apt co-op. How much per person?

2) cable guy: moving service, not a new customer. installing cable in three rooms, 2 of which already have cable (though the wires may have to be moved) and the last doesn't have cable at all so the wires need to be brought in. I have never tipped the cable guy before but I want to see if that's normal. If not, how much?

3) furniture delivery: 1 couch, 1 cocktail table, 1 dining room table, 1 recliner. It's up one flight of stairs. how much per person?

We tipped movers like $20 per guy..

Did not tip cable

Didn't tip furniture delivery-- they are in and out so quick-- they didn't leave us time to tip them!

We tipped the movers $20 per person as well.

We tipped the alarm guy $20 because he had to come back to our house 3 times because the phone company mistakenly turned on the extra line but not the direct line to the house.

For new furniture we tipped the delivery people $10 per person.
