Weekends are hard. Maybe you can save most of your flex points to splurge on the weekends. I managed to stay strong this weekend but we have parties the next 2 weekends.

Well - I'm doing it on my own (gulp) but because of that - I can make my weigh in day whenever I want - so I made it Friday AM - so if I do eat like a piggie on the weekend, I have the whole week to work on it!

Weekends, stangely enough aren't too too bad for me. Except for this weekend. I went to heck with myself on Irish Day. I had a sausage and pepper sandwich (by the way, I thought of you when I passed the mozzareppa stand.) I had cookies, candy, BEER. Oof! I weigh myself of Saturday mornings now.

I save all of my flex points for the weekends- I can be good all week as long as I know that I have those extra points to use on weekends.
