Ok , here is a post for you moms or dads or future parents
I worked today at a pedodontist ( kid dentist) this afternoon, and I was a little shocked at what I saw. Would you let your 5 month old baby crawl around the treatment room? I know the place is clean b/c I temp there a lot but I would never let my baby crawl around on ANY floor, especially a doctor/dentist office? Would you?

Ummmmmmmmmmm NO!!!!! I was obsessive compulsive scrubbing the floors in my own house when my son was crawling!! at that age when we took him out I never let him down from the stroller or my lap unless we were at home ( or my mom or mil's)

- you would be surprised how many people let thier kids crawl all over the floor on the airplane by our galley or let thier kids go into the bathroom barefoot or in socks----YUCK!
I once told a parent that the rugs were filthy and they shouldn't let thier son on the floor and he said - "he's a boy, he's supposed to get dirty"

Playing in mud and playing with other peoples' germs are completely different things
