#4 is the exact house my Aunt & Uncle live in, I can tell you a little about it....its a really cute house.
You walk in the front door and come in to a huge LR and DR. They have a nice sized EIK too. There are 3 BRs and 2 full baths (the master BR has a full bath and there is one full bath in the hall). There is a partial basement (because one side is a 2car garage...which is SO nice)...my Aunt and Uncle finished off the basement and made it in to a familyroom/game room/bar. The yard is a really nice size and level. My Aunt and put sliding doors right off the DR that go out to a really nice deck and patio.
Like I said this house has a lot of potential.
I emailed the link to DH because I keep trying to get him to agree to sell our house in Northport and get more for our $ further east and I have a lot of family in Centereach.
but anyway, it's a cute house. My Aunt and Uncle raised my 2 cousins and many pets in that house

#1 is in my neighborhood, its a corner property, if you are lookign at it there is a house on the right then a corner, so its a small block. The outside looks nice in this picture but its been alittle neglected you can see more in person!
