stress can cause you to ovulate late. I have always had 28 day cycles for the most part. I have had a 35 day when TTC. Even a cold etc can also lead you to ovulate later and make your cycle longer.

I found that once I got further into my 30s, that it began to fluctuate. I used to be so regular, 28 days exactly.

I had a 30 day cycle and thought I was completely regular until I had a 38 day cycle..that threw me off totally.
