Anxiety/Panic attacks and Pregnancy
I suffer from anxiety and panic, and although I mostly have it under control, I am sooooooooooooooo afraid to become pregnant because of what I may feel like... did anyone else go through this?

Re: Anxiety/Panic attacks and Pregnancy
I am not understanding your two posts. Are you preggo now? If not I would talk to your dr about becoming preggo...seems like alot of concerns that you have and need to work out before becoming pregnant. If you are pregnant now, my suggestion would be that you talk to someone about all of these concerns bc even though you have alot of these fears you still need to be protectant of the baby.

No I am not pregnant yet.... And I have spoken to my dr's who both tell me that I'll be fine. I'm just scared of all of it... and how I will feel...

Re: Anxiety/Panic attacks and Pregnancy
I have bad anxiety and panic attacks since I was 8. I was terrified about the "possibilities". Fortunately, (knock on wood), I have been ok. I am still early, but no bad episodes. If you need to chat, FM me.

I've found that I've "calmed down" during pregnancy. Although my MIL can ALWAYS manage to make me feel like the whole world is on my shoulders!

Re: Anxiety/Panic attacks and Pregnancy
I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Some people get better during pregnancy - I, unfortunately went through a 2 week period when I was about 12 weeks where I was having panic attacks almost everyday. It ended with putting me on inderal (a beta blocker). I am much better now but still nervous all the time.
Godd luck to you
