dress alterations HELP

I have a bridesmaid dress that needs alterations, does anyone have any suggestions of where I can go in Manhattan or queens?

I tried bringing it to a dress alteration shop and the lady there told me she couldnt do it because the dress has beading on the top - that I need to take it to a bridal store.

I tried calling RK bridal and they won't do alterations on a dress that was not purchased there.
The dress was purchased at Adriennes on LI, so i tried calling the NYC Adrienne's and they are not calling me back.
I found some other lady on the internet and sent her an email, but haven't heard from her either.

The wedding is in 3 weeks, I know I procrastinated but I really need to get this done, please helo!!

The woman there is Faye, and she's really good. Just make sure you stress that it's a rush job.

Where in Queens. I know a place in Maspeth and a place in Ridgewood.
