Kitchen Backsplash Ideas Needed
We've just finished remodeling our kitchen and the last step is to do the tile backsplash.
I can't seem to get an idea of what I want there.
We have Brown/Black marbled countertops and Champagne Oak Cabinets with Stainless Steel and Black appliances.
Any pics or ideas you have would be welcomed!!

I only have pics of our current tacky backsplash, but I was thinking about tin/copper tile, a mosaic (which would look nice but will be a b*itch to do) or maybe beadboard- I saw an episode of Law and Order and they were in a kitchen that had a beadboard backsplash. It was very nice. 
Though those are all country-ish things and your look sounds more modern.
I have gotten lots of ideas from those Trading Spaces books.

My Best friend just moved into a brand new house with similar countertop and darker shade cabinets. Her backsplah is small tiles all metallic, they have some opalescent whites, copper, bronze, metallic brown. It look beautiful! I think they come in sheets so it shouldn't be that hard

At home expo I saw your kitchen with beautiful tumbled travertine tiles. I said to DH if we redo the kitchen I would so get them. They are about 4 inch square tumbled stone tiles. I really liked them a lot.

We just did the same tile as the floor but in smaller ones, and layed it in a brick like pattern.
I was in someone's house recently that did a glass tile backsplash and it looked awesome!

That's exactly what we did to backsplash behind the stove. DH did it himself and he said it was pretty easy.
