Tips for a phone interview?
I have a phone interview on Monday; my first phone interview ever. It's with a committee. Any tips? So far I've made index cards with all the points I want to incorporate into my answers.

Make sure your personality shines through in your voice. I had to give someone a phone interview once and they used the most monotone voice I'ver ever heard.. she may have been saying the right things but her voice put me to sleep! Just be cheery and yourself.
Good luck!!

If you are interviewing from home, wear comfortable clothes. I had a phone interview once and I think I was wearing sweats. I was much more relaxed and I think it came through in my voice.

I know it sounds weird but try smiling as you are talking. It makes you sound upbeat! Also, have a pen and paper handy. Write down and key points you want to mention. Good luck!

Unfortunately I'll be in a parking lot on my cell phone. But thanks for all the advice!
