Anyone ever accept a new job
and absolutely hate it? Did you try to stick it out for a few months? It's been 1.5 months and each day is a challenge.

Absolutely. I ended up working there for 4 months and left. It's difficult to explain on an interview now, but I say that I tried out the company and it just wasn't for me. If there's a really legitimate reason its not for you, try to find a new job and get the he!! out of there!

Ohh yes and I lasted there 9 months!! How i dont know but i did...ended up getting a much better job that i enjoy!

Ummm YES.....the last 10 months of my life have been torture. I literally have been in job search mode since 12/5/05.

yes i did and ended up quiting after 3 months. the guy i was working for said "you can't do that to me" and my response was "the hell I can't" and walked out. he was a tyrannt and i couldn't even go to the bathroom without being yelled at for wasting his time going.
that of course doesn't mean that it's your case. if you think you can manage stick it out alittle longer. sometimes it just takes alittle longer to adjust. good luck.

Yes and I ended up quitting after 2 months. I found another job, put in my notice and I haven't looked back. I have been at the new job now for three years.

I have had a couple of jobs that I hated.

Yes, I did. It made me absolutely miserable and I did something I thought I would never do - I walked out after 6 weeks. It was for the best because I got a job I love right after.

I hated this job for 2 years b/f it got good.
I cannot believe I stayed- but I never really found anything that would've got me to move.
I would say hold out- 1.5 months isn't enough time.

I've hated my job since day one!
I stuck it out because I didnt want to leave right before my wedding. I'm miserable everyday while i'm here. I get sick everyday before I come in. It's so unhealthy. I plan on leaving very soon.

Yes - it was horrible and after 5 months I was out of there. Good thing is - it taught me what I do and don't want from a position. Since that time I have worked in 2 other places and both have been so great. So I learned from the nightmare that was that job.

Oh yes, and I just quit after a month and 1/2. I have no capacity to say in a job that I find miserable. I used to do it, but hey life is too short IMO. I am going back to my previous job as a fill in and will look for something permanent while doing that. Luckily the restaurant industry is always hiring.
