Spanx girls...
How do you wash them, by hand or just throw them in the washer/dryer? Can't find a label on washing instructions on them! TIA

I would prob hand wash them - I wouldn't want to risk ruining the gut-sucking abilities!!

I wash them in the washer on gentle and then hang dry them.
Drying is what kills the gut sucking abilities!

Ive thrown them in the washing machine, but hang dry them.
They are made so strong and in such quality material, it shouldnt ruin in your machine. But I also have a linens bag that I put it in so it doesnt get tangled.
