umbilical cord update!
I posted the other day that my little girl hadnt lost her cord stump yet at 4 weeks! Boom! here we are 2 days later - it fell off! :) AHH finally! Thanks for letting me share.
eta: the whole cord itself fell off but there is still a piece of crusty stuff stuck on there. did this happen to anyone else?

Yeah...we had that happen, just picked it out
I would but its really stuck on there! the same way the actual cord was. I guess I just have to wsit for the leftovers to fall off! ugh.

I would but its really stuck on there! the same way the actual cord was. I guess I just have to wsit for the leftovers to fall off! ugh.
You might have to have her Dr. cortirize (sp?) it.....this happened to Ava. Just mention it at her next visit if it is still there.
