Just take the wind out of my sails
So I was SO HAPPY last night when I got a BFN. with our trip to europe in less than 2 weeks, I did not want to be PG. I breathed a sight of relief. but NOW i read recent posts and they say maybe I tested too early. so should i NOW be panicing again??? and if so, when the heck do I test again?
for the past two months my cycles have been over 30 days.
I O'd on 8/24 - DH and I were uncareful on sun 8/27. so I figured that testing last night would be good.

If you O'd on 8/24, then being uncareful on 8/27 gives you a VERY LOW (if any) chance of being preggo. The key is to BD *before* you O, not after.

I will wait another week and test again. last month I didn't get AF until CD36. so currently at CD 27, i'm not late.
Currently: CD 27, and DPO: 14 and days past being uncareful: 10.
so I guess its all up in the air at this point.

I agree.
If I were you, I'd wait till after you get back and enjoy your trip- even if you WERE pregnant- you & baby don't share blood stream anyway- so I wouldn't worry about the drink here or there.

I also agree with this. I think the egg only lives 24 hours, so I don't think it is possible to get pregnant 3 days after ovulation. Don't stress and enjoy your trip!
