Dear Father of another kid in my son's class
I dont know you other than having seen you appx. 10 mornings so far and made idle chit chat while waiting for our kids to go into school. So why do you feel the need to get down and help my 2 year old daughter tuck in the pockets of her jeans? Was it really something that NEEDED to be done...and by you? At the very least, maybe we wanted the pockets out...who touches someone else's child, especially one they dont know at all??? And BTW, you wear your shorts way too tight. Not a good look at all.

That is way too creepy and I would seriously say something to this guy. Or like snatch my daughter away and give him a look or something.
Maybe you can say "It makes my daughter feel uncomfortable when strangers touch her -- I'll do that..."
or something like that.
