Dear new tenant above me...
do you not like my blaring version of "Ring the Alarm" by Beyonce?? Well I DO!
I hear you up there moving stuff around frantically.. are you mad???
Well you know what, I have had to listen to you and your friends all weekend long... after 11 p.m..... so you can deal with Beyonce a lil while longer

do you live in a new or older apt building? the one we live in is about 10 yrs old and the walls are very thick. I rarely hear my neighbors.

It's an older building.. the walls are pretty thick, not like the newer ones that are like paper thin. I never hear the people on the other side of the wall.. except when they are playing the drums (They are in a band). The tenants that were upstairs before this idiot moved in were sooo quiet.. this one seems to be heavy footed... and likes to walk around constantly... open the sliding glass door, going on the balcony, then going back inside. It drives me up a wall!

 UGH! that is so annoying! that's the reason why I waited almost 1 yr to get in here (wait list). I HAD to have the top floor.
can you complain? the complex where we live has a lot of rules about noise after a certain hour.

I wanted the top floor too.. but then we said "well it's "temporary"... and are planning to leave in March... but still! this is annoying! I might have to complain, but I'm not sure they are going to do anything about it. If it keeps up, I might just go up and say something. Maybe they don't realize they are being annoying
