Interview Follow Up Question
I had a preliminary interview this morning with what seems like an ideal organization. But throughout it I played up certai skills which towards the end the woman was identifying different skills they are looking for. I have those skills, but couldn't articulate it at the time. Is it appropriate to send a thank you letter that outlines those skills and how i can still benefit the company? Thanks.

I would probably not mention the same wording in the letter but get your point across. By the end of the interview process, they were using the exact phrases the previous interviewer used.

Re: Interview Follow Up Question
Yes, I would give examples of how you used those skills previously and tie it into how you think you'd be a perfect fit for the company. A Thank you letter is a great way to do that.
