Neighbors that leaves dogs outside all day...
even in 10 degree weather. This really bothers me. And the poor things scratch the door and beg to get inside  I guess it is none of my business but why do people do this!!!??

i dont understnad why people own dogs and do this. id call the aspca if its this cold out and hes still stuck out there. its inhumane.

Call the local ASPCA or Animal Control unit. They may be able to do something especially if there isn't shelter and water available to the dog.

Definatly call the animal control.
Their is a house a few blocks away from us that leaves their dog out all the time unleashed. It's an akita and the owner flat out told us he never leashes or brings his dog in and his dog is visious when it comes to other animals.
So we made a nice call to the animal control and I havent seen the dog outside since.

I went to look at a house in centereach and the neighbors had their dog in a cage in the backyard in freezing weather...
EXPLAIN THAT ONE?
I think it is totlaly disgusting that anyone does this purposefully
I feel bad for the wild cats that have to suffer this freezing weather

Please contact your local spca or aspca regarding this. THis is abuse.

I HATE when people do that. WE have 2 neighbors in our subdivision that put their dogs out on leads UNSUPERVISED for hours on end (one is worse than the other). I've seen this dog out in the rain, first thing in the AM and late at night. He's only insdie when they are not home.
Why bother having a dog if they aren't part of the family
