It wasn't specifically about LI - more about the national housing market....saying how investors are saving up their money in anticipation of the housing market dropping substantially in 2006 and 2007. It's more or less predicting that affordable housing will retrun in about 18 months - - - - so there's still hope for a good buy!

But I'm not so sure how the national housing market translates to LI...Chat Icon
