BD'ing Question (sorry if TMI)

So how often do you/did you/planning to BD while TTC?

I ask because my DH works nights and we don't often have time to BD. We know we have to "step it up" but we're just so busy.

I'm embarrassed but we only BD'd 4 times this month. And only 2 of them were BD'ing while my CBEFM said I was Ov'ing.
I feel like my chances are low & who knows if he'll even be home to BD next month when I ov.

I feel like some of you BD like everyday durring your OV cycle.

It technically only takes one time (during O) to do the trick so dont beat yourself up about it.

Plus he'll have all the baby juice stored up and ready to get that egg!!

Its not good to BD everyday. The spermy is weaker.

Um, for me we did twice and that is all it took.

He is a cop with crazy hrs so that is my excuse but timing worked for us.

Every other day from day 10 through maybe day 20. So 6. Man am I good at math!

We BD pretty much every other day. Even though I am charting, we are still spontaneous. We don't BD anytime just for the sake of TTC, and we have always BD this much. Only now I record it!
So far this cycle we have BD 15 out of 32 days.
