Quick totally embar. cooking question - hamburgers
Ok, DON'T LAUGH.
Just bought a package of ground beef - never did this before Do you have to rinse or wash the beef before you cook it or just shape it and stick it on the pan?

you don't have to rinse or wash it at all...
if you want to get a lil fancy you can add a bit of worsteshire sauce and salt/pepper, just a small dash of the worsteshire sauce...

No rinsing necessary. DH and I like to put worchestershire sauce, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in the meat before we form the patties. It gives it a really nice flavor.
