Those who walk & Run?
I walk 2 miles a day on a track, just wondering what you all do in the Winter months when there is no snow or rain Do you still walk or do something else, just trying to prepare! I really cannot afford any type of gym at this point.

I have the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs and I use them in the winter, when I can't walk outside (or I am too wimpy to walk in the cold )
I got the set of 3 for about $30 I think at Target. They have a one mile, 2 mile and 3 mile walk and you can add hand held weights to the routine to make it a little more intense if you want.
