Another question about bottles
Sorry - I don't know why I am having such an issue deciding on which ones.
Do you need 2 oz bottles? What about 4 oz bottles? Dr Browns has a box of a whole bunch of them - infants first year (or something like that). Is it worth it?
What did you guys do?
TIA

Re: Another question about bottles
DD used the 4 oz bottles until she was about 3 months old, then we started using 8 oz bottles. It's probably best to have all the different sizes-just in case baby is a picky or big eater!

Re: Another question about bottles
We have both the 4 oz and the 8oz, in the beginning we only used the 4 - but now it seems we use both equally.

Re: Another question about bottles
Since Ryan was alot bigger at birth, he ate more than the average baby. We had 2oz and 4 oz Dr Browns. He used the 2 oz bottles for about 1 week or less. Then went to 4 oz and used those for about 2 weeks. He has been on the bigger 8 oz bottles since then.

Re: Another question about bottles
I just bought 8 oz Dr. Brown bottles and used them since day one. My son was drinking 5 oz formula very quickly so the 4 oz bottles would've been a waste for us really.

Same here. I would not get 2 oz bottles, they would be a waste.
We actually got a Dr. Browns infant gift set that had 4 and 8 oz which worked great.
