Low carb diet with a nutritionist.........
I just started a low carb diet, so far not bad, I am going to a nutritionist. Has anyone done this and did you lose weight fast, slow etc? I swear I feel like my pants are so baggy, I have not been on it long, but am following it very strictly. ( This is not Like an ATKINS diet you get some carbs.)
So anyone out there that has done this with a nutritionist / or knows someone that has what has been your experience?

i did atkinsa right before my weeding and losty about 8lbs in a few weeks but more the the weight my stomach looked a lot flatter

I am the Atkins advocate...and I should be getting paid for this!  Seriously I have been doing Atkins for a long time. I lost 48 lbs. and I have kept off the weight for a long time now. I am used to the low-carb lifestyle.
ETS: I've done it w/ a nutritionist. SO maybe, this won't help you.

So far I have not been too hungry, when I am my nutrionost who is great of anyone wants her name FM mail me, suggests shrimp, which are freebies... I am living on that and veggies. Whenever I get a little hungry I eat baby carrots, broth, shrimp, salad, etc. I swear i lost 5 pounds over night!

A friend of a friend used a nutritionist with a low carb plan and was pretty successful.
FWIW, you can have some carbs on atkins. You are supposed to start out with a couple of servings of veggies and add more as you progress with your weight loss.
