Folic Acid Question
Hi! So i bought folic acid 400 mcg pills and I have been taking it along with my multi-vitamin which also has 400 mcgs of Folic Acid in it...which means i am taking 800 mcgs of it everyday 
Is that too much?? Should i not be taking both? Anyone know

My doc told me contrary to every website that I should be taking 1 milligram which is 1000 micrograms so I take 2 1/2 400mcg pills each day. I trust my doc but remember everyone is different.

My doc said while TTC I only need 400mg, but i am taking 800mg anyway
