Just had my first doctor's appointment!
I just came back. It was much quicker than I thought. Dr. did an internal and told me that my uterus was getting bigger. He then told me to get dressed and talked to DH and I for 10 minutes. He told me the worse thing to do, is to stress. He said people get too paranoid about what they can eat, and what they can't. He told me to avoid all raw meat and seafood (no sushi), but he bets people ignore him and still have healthy babies. We made an appointment for 4 weeks (9/26) to do a sonogram! He clocked me at 6 1/2 weeks (I had calculated 7 1/2) and gave me a due date of APRIL 20!!!
I can't believe it. First appointment over with. One thing though, he is so relaxed about what I should eat, but he told me to stop running and walk briskly. So I guess I will stop running. I have been running twice a week for the last 3 months.
I can't believe it! I have a real due date and someone other than me confirmed (or at least will tomorrow with the blood test results) that I am pregnant!! 
ETA: Did I mention it was my annversary today. What a way to celebrate.

Wonderful news! Isn't it so reassuring when you finally get that 'confirmation' from the doctor, it makes it seem so REAL!!
And then when you see your little bean's heartbeat on the sonogram, you will totally fall in love 
Congratulations!!! Another April 06 baby!!

So happy for you!!! My dr. is really relaxed about what I eat as well... He said everything in moderation is just fine...
It took so much stress off my shoulders!!
