Pampers Splashers Swim Pants

Anyone come across these yet? I got an email about them from Pampers saying they would be in stores by March 2006. I am curious to see them - I think they are the same as the Huggies Swim Diapers. Here's part of the email, at least now we might have a choice in swim diapers this summer!

Pampers Splashers Swim Pants have a snug fit and won’t swell up in water like regular diapers – perfect for the beach or pool. Easy-tear sides make changing easier when your child is wet and special double leg cuffs help to protect against leaks!

Your baby will love the freedom of Splashers. You'll love the convenience of tear-away sides. You'll both love popular characters like Dora, Elmo or Spidey.

They had them in the BRU over by Fortunoffs the other day. They were in a bin over near the toys.

I thought I saw them in the BRU in Sayville, but now I'm not certain if they were Huggies or Pampers. Chat Icon

Just curious, that's all, its not like we're going swimming anytime soon. But I always wondered what took Pampers so long to get these swim diapers on the market. The Huggies are ok, but at least we have a choice now. I am a loyal Pampers diapers fan and do not like Huggies at all, so we'll see Chat Icon

Christopher was too young to go in the pool last year, but I agree, I like Pampers a million times more than Huggies, so I'm sure I'll be buying the Pampers this summer too.
