Birth Control Pill Question
Anyone get naseaous the first few days after they start a new pack? Just curious if I am the only one...I can't take it anymore.

Pretty common and it will talke time to adjust. If it dosent, I suggest going on another BCP.

Id hate to switch and mess with my body like that...ughhh what a pain in the neck!

Yup--sure do.
I also get a bad headache the first day or two when I get up in the morning. So bad I want to throw up

I've never had that happen but know others who have. If it doesn't pass, then speak to your doctor about switching pills.

That was happening to me, then I changed pills and it happened again.
Now I drink a glass of milk when I take it. It definitely helps to coat your stomach.

Do you take it on an empty stomach? Have you tried taking it at night? I take mine at night and feel fine. I was so worried I'd be nauseous when I started but I wasn't.
