Lately they have been writing about sellers around the country not being able to sell their homes.

Im sorry, I have a hard time feeling bad for these people who thought they woudl make about a 140% profit on their home in five years. eta: more like three years

Ageed. I'm not really feeling too too sorry for them as they sit in their 4 bdrm house that is already very nice. Its nice if they make money, but there are bigger problems out there.

I don't really feel sorry for them either. Why would you put a deposit on a new home and schedule a closing when your house was getting no lookers at all. And they need a bigger house than almost 3,000 square feet for the family they want to start SOMEDAY?

did they really think that adding some ceramic tiles and a Koi pond justifies a $250K increase in price
