Anyone else suffering from heartburn?
Anyone else suffering from heartburn? I am 34 weeks and I am so uncomfortable. And seeing as how i landed myself in the hospital with kidney stones last week i am staying away from Tums. Anyone have any other relief ideas? Its not just spicy or greasy food either, its anything i put to my lips; bread, milk, yogurt, tuna, eggs, you name it, i get heartburn from it. I'm dying!!! Just needed to vent.... I wish my little man would be done cooking and come out already!!!

Re: Anyone else suffering from heartburn?
I was allowed to take Pepcid and it really helped. Ask you OB if you can take that.

Oooh...I suffered from heartburn too in this 3rd trimester...it's gotten so much better these last few weeks...I would even get heartburn from a glass of water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only relief was Tums for me...how about a glass of milk?
