Mac at Macy's Roosevelt Field?
I have a few things to return and I don't want to drive to huntington
does Macy's at Roosevelt field have a Mac Counter?

To correct everyone, Macys in RF does not have a Mac store. Its in bloomie's so u have to go back to Huntington to return the items.
There is a Mac store on 2nd level of RF but will not accept the items purchased in Macys Mac.

Once I was given the wrong color mascara (bright blue???) on mistake at the MAC store, I went to Macy's Herald Square counter on the 1st floor. Stupid me told them where I bought it and they would not do the exchange. So, I went to the 2nd or 3rd floor where they have another makeup counter and told them I lost my receipt and bought it there, and they did the exchange without a problem. So bottom line...If you are doing an exchange, just don't show them the receipt and say you bought it there and you should be able to exchange no problem. If it's a return you got to go to a MAC counter in Macy's.
