what do you usually wear for an interview?
can you get away with wearing a cardigan with a shirt and a skirt or do you need to wear a blazer? what's more appropiate especially now in the summer?

Depends on the interview, but I always wear a suit. Sometimes a skirt suit, but lately I've been doing pant suits, even in summer. I carry the blazer until the actual interview. Good luck!

Always a suit, and for a first interview, always a skirt suit. There are some really nice summer suits in a lighter fabrics out there, so you don't feel too claustrophobic!
