its really annoying sometimes..I mean, i know its his business but he reviews every single piece of paper that we touch. and we have to document every phone call, every walk in...EVERYTHING!!

I am sure it can be really frustrating, but it really is an excellent habit because if he is ever audited or sued or a problem comes up he can point to the logs and say these are the steps we took to resolve the issue and since it is a business practice to do so, it will help him a lot.
