I heard the worst news today. ***SAD AND DISTURBING MATERIAL ENCLOSED***
Please dont read if you are very sensative. I wish I would have covered my ears when I heard this.
This morning I was carpooling with my co-worker. She gets a call from her friend who was asking her to get her a quote she needs to travel to TX next week it's an emergency.
My co-worker told me what happend.
This lady who needs to go, her step son is in the Navy. His girlfriend/wife whatever and him have 2 children. a 6 year old and a 6 month old.
The 6 month old can not even crawl. "supposedly" the 6 month fell into a bucket of pinesol and was in the bucket for a period of time head first.
When the ambulance arrived the baby wasnt breathing. They got her revived but now her brain is swelling and she has an infection in her lungs. Both lungs. My co-workers friend is going to Texas to take the children. The stepson and the woman are being investigated by child services and NCIS. Child Services and NCIS thinks she did something because the baby can not even crawl and if she could how would she fall into a plastic bucket and the bucket not fall over.
I was sick all day over this. I actually looked up the flight info for my co-worker because she had to talk to our boss saying she may need to leave early next week to help out with her friends kids she has at home.
Honestly I pray that God takes this baby so she doesnt have to suffer for her what her mother did to her. I really want things to work out for this lady who is going to get the kids. I cant believe how some people can be parents

That is such a horrible story!!! That poor baby!!!
They should definitely take her from her parents, and they should be dipped into buckets of pinesol!!!

why do people have kids if this is the way they treat them?
that is just god awful and i pray for that baby and her sister.

I pray that what ever happens that baby will not suffer. I hate to think that any child could be harmed by anyone...let alon a family member.
this also angers me...because there are so many willing and loving parents who have trouble concieving a child of their own, or parents who lovingly take care of a sick child...and then there are people who put their own flesh and blood in danger
peopel really should have to pass a test to become a parent

How heartbreaking I also cannot fathom how a 6 month old can fall into a bucket of pinesol. Sounds very suspicious. I hope the baby makes a full recovery.

This is what my co-worker and I were saying. It just doesnt make sense.
This just really breaks my heart. I too just dont understand how someone could harm an innocent child.
I promised my co-worker I would look for additional flights tomorrow morning for her to give to her friend because her friend wanted an earlier flight.

how awful. There are so many of these stories and each one boggles my mind. How...How can somebody do that to a child. That poor little girl and her family.

Yes the father is currently serving. They are in Corpus Christy. I believe that is where he is stationed
