Running question??
I feel like I've hit a wall with my running. Lately my legs are so sore and my knees and ankles hurt. I've been running 4 miles/day 3-4 days a week for over a year now. And now it's getting harder.
Has this happened to ayone else??

this may be the start of an overuse injury...unfortunately i knoe too much abou this. Add 1-2 cross training days instead of running....running is a high impact sport...goy to be careful. i write this as i ice my knee and achilles tendon

That happened to me. It got harder and harder to the point that I started to hate running and completely stopped. After a year hiatus, I can't run as much as I used to.
