Never, it was not recommended by my Ped.

When he was ready for cereal at 4 months or so, I added formula (or BM from the freezer supply) to the cereal and he had the cereal from a spoon.

Same here. I was told not to add cereal to a bottle as the baby needs to learn to eat from a spoon. Adding to the bottle confuses them and makes them a little lazy when you try to teach spoon feeding.

I started adding a small amount to Alex's bottle around 10 weeks old. Just half a teaspoon to a 4 ounce bottle right before bed. I never did anymore than that. I feel like it helped him sleep longer. Although, I will admit my ped did not recommend doing that. Then I started spoon feeding cereal at 4 months and he had no problems.

I won't be adding cereal to his bottle at all. At the end of this week, he is going to start cereal but with a spoon. He will be 16 weeks.

never did - even with reflux it was recommended by my ped not to do. I did start cereal early than some at 3.5 months when formula just stopped cutting it for him...under ped's advice.

There are some nights I don't have time to feed him with the spoon, so I will put it in his bottle.

ETA: I started giving it to him when he was 4 months

I never added cereal to the bottle. I started feeding Jared cereal at the end of a month.
