Work "Plan" Related...I am a chicken now!!!
Hate my current job. Ok...don't hate it. Management changes and I am having a difficult time adapting. Posted my resume today (10am)....its not 4pm and I got 10 responses. All want interviews etc. I am nervous!!!!!!! It's happening too quick. My boss and I are friends (MISTAKE), should I really go? I know I should!!!!

wow, good luck. where did you posted that you got so many responses?
I'm also looking for a job but I'm having no luck. I guess it's harder for me since I don't have a college degree.

Tania...No college degree here. I am at a (mostly) commission based industry so when the market goes down (post 9/11)....we're high in demand.

Even if they all stink and you don't like them it's good to keep your interviewing skills sharp and see what else is out there.
You may find something great or you may find out that it isn't so bad where you are!!

Definitely go on the interviews. You posted your resume for a reason... you want out. Don't start regretting, or getting scared, of leaving now.
I went on an interview on Friday, myself, and I'll admit, I was nervous, too... but once I got there, I felt comfortable. It's ok to be nervous, and scared of change, but everything happens for a reason. Go for it!

I totally agree with this advice 100%
GOOD LUCK , chica ... if nothing else this interview will get you out there and see what you are worth (which is a lot, of course  )
