How many days until I throw in the towel this cycle?

Is there a time when you probably won't ovulate? Like is there a CD like 25 or 30 where the likelyhood is slim to none?

I'm on CD 23 and no positive OPK yet.... I'm on my 2nd pack of OPKs (this is getting expensive)- any idea when I should throw in the towel on this cycle?

anywhere from 31 days to 51 days!

have known women to ovulate....extremely late and conceive. We are talking cycle day 40 and on.

I guess in those women, their follies didn't start growing till about midcyle.

Follies grow 1mm-2mm a day. A good sized egg for fertilization is 18mm-26mm. My particular RE said they can be fertilized even at 30mm.

I would definitely still give it time. If you don't O or get AF ....after a 35 days cycle, you may want to get a u/s done...to see what your follies are up to.

I believe I ovulated and conceived on CD 22, so keep up the BD'ing and baby dust!

don't give up yet! I ovulated somewhere between CD 56-63 when I got pregnant (I had stopped testing figuring it wasn't happening that cycle, so I don't know exactly when I o-ed, imagine my surprise!)

OK we're still hanging in there- CD 23 and no temp change yet- but I figure we'll keep BDing.

I might need to take a pass tonight though, I'm getting exhausted!
