DH has gotten a new job
I didnt want to say anything until it was official - but as of today he has officially quit working for Homeland Security and has moved to Verizon as a fiber optics technician.
We'll have weekends together, he'll be home when I get home from work and we can have dinner together every night. Some days he may even be able to pick me up at work because he'll be working around the area of my office (cant go in together because he'll be working at 7am)
I am so excited. He starts training on Monday

Congrats to your DH!
This sounds like our neighbors! He used to work for Homeland Security at JFK, but recently resigned and took a job with CityGroup. He is so much happier to have his weekends free and to be able to spend more time with his GF.
