Baked Potatoes!
Do you eat the skin and what do you prefer on them?
For me I love the skins and they say there are lots of vitamins in them
I love mine w/butter & sour cream

My favorite is to sprinkle some butter and flavoring mix on it - sour cream was the contender until a few years ago
