Really Really personal topic - squemish stay out!
I have a really uncomfortable red bumpy rash in the crack of my bum.....the itch is soooo uncomfortable its ridiculous...I Have used witch hazel pads and recently hemroid cream ( not sure that's what it is) to sooth the burny itch ...I was wondering if this sounds like it could me hemroids or not...
Thanks Ladies...sorry for the personal topic..I would appreciate any feed back.....

Not to be gross but is in the crack or on the actual hole? I am pretty sure hemorrhoids are in the actual hole. Maybe you have a heat rash

I was thinking a heat rash too b/c hemorroids is not like a rash.

I'm thinking heat rash. I know this may sounds nuts but what about diaper rash cream like balmex or even triple butt paste.

I was going to say this too.
I found the Desitin in the bathroom last night. Maddie told me that "Daddy needed it, but didn't put it on me". When I asked him WTH he was doing, he told me "heat rash". He said it works like a charm.

When DH and I first started dating and I would snoop in his bathroom  I found balmex, all I did was and not say a peep.

You can also try a powder called Zeasorb, they sell it in Eckerd and I'm sure CVS etc. I once had a similar problem and this is what the dr had me use

I agree on the powder recommendation aside from the products you are using. This will dry it up a bit.
